XML Sitemaps: Although sitemaps can hurt older, established sites that are well indexed, getting a new one fully crawled works alot faster with a xml sitemap, especially if you have some orphan pages not linked from your navigation.

With this easy to use tool you can generate sitemaps up to 500 pages in size, for larger sites they got a very cheap and well working script you can buy.

Yet Another Content Generator: A blackhat script that builds pages and scrapes search engine results. You'll need some php knowledge to get it working, but it's very powerful to generate an abundance of content pages for specific keywords.

Since it's completely template based, sites can be customized to avoid any footprints search engines could look for. Don't use it in the standard configuration with the template coming with it !

Theory is necessary, reading and learning as well, but way too many webmasters spend half of their working time or more posting on forums, reading blogs and imagining how much money they could make...checking their stats every hour to see they made none.
